1. Orders and Payments

A: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete payment and place your order.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE. A flat fee of AED 15 applies for COD orders in addition to shipping charges.

Q3: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. Q4: How do I use a refund code?
A: Enter your refund code at checkout. Please note that a maximum of 2 refund codes can be issued for returns linked to the original order.

Q5: What are the shipping charges?
A: Shipping within the UAE is AED 20 or as specified during promotions. For international orders, shipping charges vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.

Q6: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Q7: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Within UAE: 2-4 business days.
  • International: 5-12 business days, depending on your location.

Q8: Will I need to pay customs duties for international orders?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Q9: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Q10: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact. Note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Q11: How do I initiate a return?
A: To initiate a return, you should email or call us at the contact center numbers, with your order details.

Q12: Will I get a refund for my return?
A: Refunds will be processed as store credit/refund codes. A maximum of 2 refund codes can be issued tracing back to the original order.

Q13: Who covers the cost of return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Q14: What materials are used for Andaazs jewelry?
A: Our jewelry is made from premium stainless steel, 18K gold-plated, and is designed to be anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and waterproof.

Q15: Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! All our pieces are hypoallergenic and crafted to be safe for sensitive skin.

Q16: Can I wear your jewelry in water?
A: Yes, our jewelry is waterproof. However, we recommend patting it dry after prolonged exposure to water to maintain its shine.

Q17: What sizes are available for bracelets & rings?

A. Most of our bracelets and rings are adjustable. For the ones with specific sizes, we provide the size in the product description against each product.
