Warranty Policy
At Andaazs, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, durable, and beautiful fashion jewelry. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we are pleased to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on our fashion jewelry products.
Warranty Coverage:
Our 1-Year Warranty covers:
Plating Issues: Any significant tarnishing, discoloration, or plating issues not caused by misuse will be addressed under this warranty.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- General Wear and Tear: Scratches, minor dents, or changes in appearance due to regular use.
- Accidental Damage: Damage due to dropping, improper use, or accidents.
- Water Damage: While our stainless steel and titanium steel products are water-proof, excessive exposure to water, chemicals, or cleaning products is not covered. We suggest to follow our jewelry care guidelines.
- Alterations or Repairs by Third Parties: Any modifications or repairs done outside of Andaazs will void the warranty.
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by using perfume, heat exposure,chemical contact or usage of abrasive and chemically treated wipes is not covered.
- Hygiene-related products : Earrings are not covered under this policy
How to Claim Your Warranty:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at team@andaazs.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please also provide pictures of the damage on the product.
- Submit Proof of Purchase: Provide your original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Return the Product: We may ask you to send the product back for inspection. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, but if the issue is covered under the warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Warranty Limitations:
- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- Replacement items are only covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.
Credit Terms
You will receive a store credit coupon with a validity of 6 months, based on the following credit terms:
- 0-6 months from invoice date : 50% of invoice value
- 6 – 12 months from invoice date : 25% of invoice value
The coupon code will have a validity of 6 months and should be used to purchase from our website www.andaazs.com at one time purchase only. It will not be valid for multiple purchases
Defective or Incorrect Items

All our products go through a thorough quality check and are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare instances, due to some situations during transit, the product may arrive in a condition that does not meet your expectations. If this happens, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at team@andaazs.com.
- Attach clear images / video showing the issues or the condition of the order received and include your order number.
- We will respond to you within 48 hours of receiving the email
- Once your return is approved and we verify that your order is eligible for return and replacement, then we will arrange a pickup for your product at no additional cost. The same will be attempted within 24 hours of confirming your return and replacement.
- We will request you to please keep your product ready to be picked up. In case there is no response, or failure towards handover of the product to the assigned pickup partner, then you will have to arrange for the return shipment to us and the shipping charges shall be borne by you.
- Once the order is received, we will arrange to send you replacement of the same product if available in stock, or issue you a full refund coupon code equivalent to the product value purchased initially. at no additonal charges.

Customer Responsibility:
To maintain your Andaazs jewelry, please:
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions.
- Avoid usage of abrasive and chemically treated wipes.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the original Andaazs packaging.
