Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we want to make the cancellation, return, and refund process as simple, transparent, and convenient as possible. Below is our detailed Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy, designed with your needs in mind to offer clarity, confidence, and peace of mind when shopping with us.

 1. Cancellation Policy

1.a Order Cancellation Before Shipping:

(i) Order Cancellation for Pre-Paid orders :

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
  • To cancel your order, please email us at team@andaazs.com with your order details.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 (ii) Order Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • If you have opted for Cash on Delivery (COD) and wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be possible
  • To cancel your order, please email us at team@andaazs.com with your order details.
  • If order has not been dispatched, then we will approve the cancellation request and inform you about the order being cancelled.
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without prior cancellation, we reserve the right to disable COD for your future purchases.

1.b Order Cancellation After Shipping:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, you may return it under the following conditions:

2.a Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have to inform us about your decision to return the product within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Items on sale, customized orders, or final clearance cannot be returned.

2.b Return Process:

  1. Email us at team@andaazs.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. The product must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receipt of the order, at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect. It must be in its original unused condition and original packaging, with all tags.
  4. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product and share the tracking details with us at team@andaazs.com
  5. Once we receive the package, we will inform you within 24 – 48 hours about the receipt. Once we quality check the product, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our refund policy and we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the return.

2.c Non-Returnable Products:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items not received back in the original packaging, without tags.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

2.c Mode of Return

  • For approved returns, a coupon code equivalent to applicable refund value will be issued for future purchases.
  • The coupon code will have a validity of 6 months and should be used at one time purchase only. It will not be valid for multiple purchases.

2.d Applicable Deductions

  • For pre-paid orders, a total of AED 40 will be deducted towards the forward and return shipment of the product being shipped back to us. The remaining amount will be refunded in the form of a coupon code that will be shared with you on email. No bank transfer or credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned.
  • If a purchase is done by using a return coupon code from a previous return, and then the purchase is returned again, then the previous coupon code will be no longer valid and cannot be used again. Hence, please make sure that any order placed against a coupon code is accepted and not returned.

 


3. Refund Policy

3.a Refund Eligibility:

  • All products except earrings sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code
  • If your return is approved, a coupon code equivalent to the order value will be provided for future purchases.
  • Items received that are damaged, used or sent back to us without original packaging or tags are not eligible for any refund code. These items can be collected from our warehouse or we can send them back to you, at an additional shipping charges of AED 20.
  • Items for returns or exchange which are not informed to us within 48 hours or not received by us within 5 days from the date of receipt by the customer are not eligible for refund.

3.b Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

All our products go through a '3-Level Quality Check' and are packed with the utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in rare instances, due to some situations during transit, the product may arrive in a condition that does not meet your expectations. If this happens, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at team@andaazs.com.
  • Attach clear images / video showing the issues or the condition of the order received and include your order number.
  • We will respond to you within 48 hours of receiving the email
  • Once your return is approved and we verify that your order is eligible for return and replacement, then we will arrange a pickup for your product at no additional cost. The same will be attempted within 24 hours of confirming your return and replacement.
  • We will request you to please keep your product ready to be picked up. In case there is no response, or failure towards handover of the product to the assigned pickup partner, then you will have to arrange for the return shipment  to us and the shipping charges shall be borne by you.
  • Once the order is received, we will arrange to send you replacement of the same product if available in stock, or issue you a full refund coupon code equivalent to the  product value  purchased initially. at no additonal charges.

5. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer any direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product in its original packaging following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. A coupon code equivalent to the original order value will be issued upon approval of the return, which can be used for the new purchase.

6. Coupon Code Usage for Returns

  • If a purchase is made using a coupon code issued from a previous return, and the new purchase is returned again, the original coupon code will no longer be valid and cannot be reused.
  • Please ensure that any orders placed using a coupon code are accepted and not returned.

·       For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer or promotion, then shipping charges of AED 18 will be charged while processing refund coupon codes.

  • A customer who uses a refund code to place an order and then returns that order will be eligible for a maximum of two refund codes linked to the original order
