✖ Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or sprays – apply them before wearing jewelry.
✖ Don’t store jewelry in humid areas, such as bathrooms, to prevent moisture exposure.

✖ Don’t expose non-waterproof jewelry to water, sweat, or moisture.

✖ Avoid harsh chemicals, such as chlorine, bleach, or detergents, as they can dull the finish.

• Free shipping within UAE for order value of AED 100 and above
• AED 20 for order value upto AED 99 across all Emirates of the UAE
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional flat fee of AED 15.

Shipping to GCC countries

• Free shipping for order value of AED 300 and above
• AED 35 for order value upto AED 299.99 (by land, except Qatar)
• AED 45 for order value upto AED 299.99 (by air)

• Estimated delivery time: 5-6 business days shipment by land and 3 - 4 business days shipment by air, after order confirmation, and subject to custom clearance

Cancellation

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours, if the order has not been shipped. No cancellation or changes are allowed after order has been shipped
